By purchasing a HealthMitra OPD Assurance plan or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
You must be a resident of India and at least 18 years old (or have a guardian apply on your behalf).
HealthMitra OPD plans are non-transferable and valid for the registered individual only.
OPD plans are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
Benefits can only be availed through our partnered doctors, labs, and pharmacies listed on the HealthMitra platform or Via Reaching out to our customer support team.
All services are Discounted at partner facilities. No reimbursements are processed for out-of-network usage for medicines and On Network Diagnostic partners. Except for Physical Doctor Consultations.
Plans cannot be used for emergency care, hospitalization, or surgical procedures.
Plans are activated within 01 hours of payment confirmation.
You will receive a digital membership ID and instructions for usage via email.
a. Refund Eligibility
A 100% refund less GST TAX is applicable within 30 days of purchase if the plan has not been activated or used.
Once any benefit is availed (e.g., doctor visit, lab test, medicine purchase or complimentary vouchers), the plan becomes non-refundable.
ON EMI approved plans Purchased are non refundable.
b. Refund Process
Email your refund request to service@healthmitra.co.in with:
Your registered mobile number
Payment receipt/plan ID
Reason for refund
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.
Customers can request cancellation within 30 days of purchase (if unused).
HealthMitra reserves the right to cancel or suspend a plan in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of terms without any refund.
By signing up, you consent to HealthMitra collecting and storing your medical and contact information under our Privacy Policy.
Your data will only be shared with network partners for service delivery purposes.
HealthMitra is not an insurance provider. It offers OPD assurance and discount services through partner networks.
All medical decisions are between you and your doctor.

Kindly note that no bills raised within the last seven (7) days of the plan tenure are eligible for clearance, in accordance with HealthMitra's internal protocols and the terms and conditions of your subscribed plan.
As per the Terms & Conditions of your HealthMitra plan, the plan validity is 365 days from the date of activation. Customers are required to submit and withdraw eligible claims or payments well before the completion of the 365-day tenure.
Upon completion of the plan tenure:
• System access is automatically disabled
• The customer account is archived
• HealthMitra's service obligations and contractual liability conclude
• Any funds, claims, or bills not cleared prior to plan expiry cannot be processed
HealthMitra shall not be held liable for any bills, claims, or funds that are not submitted or cleared within the active plan period, including those raised close to or after the plan expiry date.
This process is strictly followed in line with company protocols, system controls, and applicable data protection and compliance requirements.
We recommend that customers ensure timely submission and withdrawal of claims during the active tenure of their plan to avoid any inconvenience.
